Orders
AIS Encourages all members to place all orders within the Elevate’21 Platform.
All orders placed within the Elevate Platform are sent directly to the supplier and a copy sent to the member at the time the order is placed. The suppliers are expecting this level of order delivery and have set up their teams to work around this structure. Members are obligated to follow up any order deliveries, incorrect pricing & back orders with the suppliers which they have placed orders against.
Orders will be invoiced directly against the member.
If you have placed orders outside of the platform please send a copy of the order or at a minimum an email to tradeshow@aisnational.com.au detailing the value of the order against each supplier you have placed orders against. This will allow AIS Support Office to assess the success of this event.
Product Offers
In all instances AIS Support Office has attempted to represent the suppliers product and the suppliers product deals as closely to the spreadsheets and information provided by the supplier. Some product offers are unable to be presented in the platform based on the platforms on limitations and in instances like this the supplier is responsible for correctly assessing orders placed by members. If you have any queries over supplier deals contact the AIS Category Manager or the supplier contact listed in the platform.
Timing
Orders must be placed between 8:30am Monday 12th April and 5:00pm Friday 16th April.
If you are unable to place orders in the platform during this time please contact Monica in the AIS Support Office to discuss.
Deliveries
Product deliveries are expected to begin upon the receipt of your order and over the coming week post the orders. If a there is a delay in the product reaching you please contact the supplier direct to discuss.
Incentives
AIS Support Office is offering incentives only to those members who place orders within the platform. Any orders placed out of the platform will not be eligible for these incentives. To check the incentives please go to the Elevate’21 Central area on THE VAULT.
AIS Intellectual Property
AIS Support Office encourages all members to keep the platform, login details and account details confidential. Sharing of the platform to any person outside of the AIS Group would be considered a breach of our intellectual property and result in instant removal of access to the platform with the potential for other penalties after further investigation.
